In recent years, in order to comply with the development of the industry, our Group invested RMB 8 million to build a high-end building materials research institute with a total construction area of 1500m2, and established a cement-based building materials research center, a water-soluble polymer research center, a chemical composition and structure analysis laboratory, as well as physical properties and durability laboratory.
The Institute is headed by a well-known domestic scholar as the chief scientist. The main R&D engineers are the domestic and overseas doctors and masters or above. At the same time, it has established joint laboratories with famous overseas universities and scientific research institutions to track the cutting-edge progress of civil engineering materials, introduce international advanced technology, and train high-end R&D personnel.

Q: What kind of experience is working in Huijiang?
A:Huijiang Group is a large platform and I feel very at ease working there. The senior leaders of our Group pay great attention to scientific and technological R&D, and the subject projects can be guaranteed and supported by good materials and hardware facilities such as equipment. Everyone in the R&D team can work with peace of mind and experience the pleasure of working autonomously in the logically rigorous R&D work.

Q:What have you gained since joining the company?
A:My subjective initiative has been improved and I have gained the opportunities to transform scientific research ideas into actual products.
When I was a student, I always carried out research on a certain topic under the arrangement of my instructor. Now I can subjectively select some meaningful topics for in-depth exploration according to the development trend of our company.
I can not only contribute to our company's development, but also realize my own value.
Q:What attracted you to join Huijiang and Foshan?
A:Foshan is located in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and has huge potential in the future from the perspective of urban economic development. At the same time, it is also one of the more advanced cities in our country in terms of building materials, home appliances and other industries. It is very attractive to me at its economic strength, economic growth rate, social civilization level or even natural environmental conditions.
Huijiang Group is quite well-known in the domestic ready-mixed concrete industry, and the growing scale of the company in recent years allows me to feel bright prospects.
Meanwhile, the senior leaders of Huijiang Group attach great importance to technical talents and invest in scientific research and development, which deeply attracted me to join it without hesitation and strive to realize my own value.
Q:What skills need to be learned on the road of scientific research?
A:We should always keep a learning attitude, understand and absorb the latest research trends in related fields, keep up with the pace, and make our own results in a certain field to promote the development and progress of the industry. Moreover, we should have the ability to combine scientific research with industrial applications. In other words, conduct scientific research that can be applied in practice, rather than purely theoretical, low-practical, or non-practical research. Especially in the field of engineering technology, researchers should focus on cultivating the ability to transform a scientific research result into an actual product or productivity.

Q:Are you satisfied with the talent introduction policy of Foshan?
A:Yes.
