On December 8, 2020, Guangxi Xingye Huijiang Concrete Mixing Plant under our Group was officially put into operation. This day, the colorful flags fluttered with joy in Xingye County. The guests from Xingye County Urban Investment and Construction Co., Ltd., Xingye County Investment Promotion Bureau, Xingye Market Service Center, Dapingshan Town Party Committee and Government, the general contractors invested in Yulin, CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd., CCFED Civil Engineering Co., Ltd., China Construction Fifth Division South China Company, Yulin Transportation and Tourism Investment Group, Hu’nan Chamber of Commerce in Yulin, as well as the Chief of Yulin Military District, friends from all walks of life, the leaders and department employees of our Group attended the opening ceremony.


Guangxi Xingye Huijiang Concrete Mixing Plant was funded and constructed by our Group. The plant is located next to Dapingshan Industrial and Commercial Office, Yushi Road, Dapingshan Town, Xingye County, Yulin City, Guangxi Province. It covers an area of about 14,000 square meters. It has two production lines, one is 180 m3/h and the other is 270 m3/h. The material storage area is about 5,000 square meters. There are 5 warehouses which can store about 10,000 cubic meters of materials. It has and independent laboratory, two weighbridges of 150 tons, 40 mixer-trucks, 2 sky pumps, and 2 ground pumps. The total investment is 25 million yuan.


The establishment of Xingye Huijiang Company is in response to the national, provincial, and municipal policies on developing bulk cement and prohibiting on-site mixing of concrete. It adds color to the development of commodity concrete in Xingye County, Yulin City. It greatly shortens the transportation radius of commodity concrete in Yulin City, reduces traffic pressure in urban areas, ensures the quality of concrete, and eases the supply pressure on the concrete market during peak hours.
